" I would play this at work ( I am a DJ ) if there was a little more bass in it, not the kick, but an actual bassline here or there.
You are on the right track tho.
Any more techno people out
there? Come hear these guys!"

" Very trancey at first (the
snare hits don't start in for a while). Nice little appregio like
synths bouncing all over the place. 1:00 mark - things begin to
spice up. Hmm, kinda caught me off guard - either a lots of notes
playing against each other in harmonics or you've purposely
detuned some of your synths - 1:30 OK I've acclimated to the
synth assult and getting back into the groove . Not a lot of breaks after that - the beat is
unrelentless - good for a dance floor. The tune still has a very
trance feel (perhaps hard trance? - any one else want a guess?
honestly, I suck with genres though
). Also some of the the synths lines give a wee bit
old skool feel.
Production is excellent here. Sounds all over thge spectrum light up with equal intensity and all the sound are clear and disting - the mix down is very very good for trance/techno stuff.
Overall - the tune was pretty good. For me nothing stood out to make me remember this except for one synth part that repeats occasionally (I guess that's good!). "

" Hi there.
I have to honest and say that my first impression was to be
another rejection of a remix, but i downloaded your track and
instantly liked it. This is the exact same type of tracks that i
produce. Well done, you show alot of potential and your future
will be good if you continue with your work.
Ok, so i agree to work on a remix. Normally i do this for free,
provided that i can use it on my promo/demo when that is released
to record cos etc. I do not release it anywhere else. I leave
that to the original writers.
The remix of your work on my demo, will not only show my
potential as a remixer (which is my main role in audio
production, for myself and STATE OF THE ART productions and THE
DESIGNERS OF SOUND. but this will also show your potential and
bring in extra publicity for you as a producer.
You will be free to use the remixed version on your site/mp3.com
your demos etc. as long as you display with the song the remixed
title, remixer etc.
If you agree to these simple terms then i'll be ready to rock.
All you have to do now is to provide me with as much as you
can.......any samples from the track, and midi files......just
anything you have (if you still have anything).
I can already forsee what im going to do with it.
It'll sound amazing. Believe me. Not that it doesnt already of
course. I will just give it the miko touch.
I have a reasonable sized studio consisting of regular synths,
sampler, sound modules etc etc, as well as outboard equipment, fx
units and so on. for a full kit list see the DESIGNERS OF SOUND
web site (which will be up shortly i think?!)
Anyway, get back to me at your earliest convenience and we can go
from there.
I should add that you will be happy with what i will do to your
track, but in the unlikely event that you are not, then you do
not have to use the track whatsoever.....and i will not publicise
the track at all either other than using it on my demo."
Until then
Kindest regards,
Miko
